Types of Plating:
NdFeB usually need plating due to it is easy to rust, we treat NdFeB with Zinc coating (blue passivated or yellow passivated), Nickel coating, Nickel+Nickel coating, Nickel+Tin coating, Nickel+Copper+Nickel coating, Nickel+Epoxy coating & Epoxy coating.  With these special treatment,  NdFeB permanent magnets is not suitable to be installed into system without further treatment. To protect uncoated magnets temporarily, eg., damp transport or storage, passivation can be made against temporary environmental influences, such as a rise in humidity.

2.Bonded NdFeB is produced by composition of rare-earth NdFeB magnetic powders embedded in thermoplastic and formed by injection moulding machining.  It is hard, Non-brittle light weight, plastic-like magnet, able to be moulded to varieties of shapes e.g. thin ring, gears,arc-segments etc.
